Please read this agreement completely. By enrolling in the High Roller program, you are agreeing to the following:
General Terms
Membership and participation in the Mr. LongArm High Roller Club is for professional contractors only. Retailers, dealers, distributors, manufacturers and all other forms of commerce may not apply or participate.
It is the responsibility of the High Roller member to notify Mr. LongArm in writing of any changes regarding address, contact persons, or other changes that apply to the High Roller Program. Mr. LongArm is not responsible for any correspondence that is delayed, lost or misdirected.
Mr. LongArm retains the right to terminate the program or to change the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies and procedures, conditions, or point redemption process at any time without notice.
Only one designated person shall be entitled to access and to redeem points per account. Neither Mr. LongArm or any affiliated company or individual, will be responsible for improper access or redemption to a member's account. Misrepresentation of any information may result in termination from the program.

The sale or trading of "Chips" is prohibited. |

Chips have no monetary value. |
|
Chips are non-redeemable for cash equivalent nor will any unused portion be returned as cash. |
|
Chips are not combinable with any other establishment discount, offer or promotion. |
|
Any tax and gratuity liability in connection with point redemption items shall be the sole responsibility of the High Roller member. |
|
Items are not returnable or exchangeable. |
|
No post office boxes. You must submit a street address. |
|
Program is void where prohibited by law. |
Membership Fees
There are no membership fees.
Chip Accrual
Points or "Chips" can be accured by purchasing Mr. LongArm products from authorized dealers. One dollar in retail purchases equals one Chip.
Mr. LongArm reserves the right to establish or eliminate additional means of accuring chips.
To receive chip credits, please submit the original sales receipt for Mr. LongArm purchases, along with your name, business address, phone number and email address to:

The original sales receipt MUST document:

Sorry, but we cannot accept photocopies of sales receipts.
Account Balances
Chips can be accrued only by the registered member after the enrollment date and can be applied only to the member's account. Mr. LongArm reserves the right to deny accrual of Chips for any reason. Account balances will be available online or at the written request of the High Roller member.
In order to obtain an account balance via U.S. Mail please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope along with your request and member information to:

It is the responsibility of the High Roller member to ensure that Chips are properly credited.
Mr. LongArm reserves the right to request proof of purchase for point accrual from the High Roller member if there is a dispute in regard to the number of Chips accrued. Any claims of error must be received within two (2) weeks from the date points are posted.
Chip Redemtion
To redeem your Chips simply complete the online Redemption Form or send us your request via US Mail, be sure to include the name of the award, your name, shipping adress and your High Roller membership number.

High Rollers may redeem their Chips for rewards listed on the Awards page. Mr. LongArm reserves the sole and exclusive right to substitute awards of equal or higher value if the member's award choice is out of stock or no longer available. |

Any points redeemed for awards will be deducted from the member's Chip total. |
